True Growth Counselling is proud to be affiliated and part of Addiction Recovery Pretoria, where we offer an affordable, professional and individualised outpatient addiction program as well as a reintegration program.  

1. Addiction Outpatient Program (12 weeks)

Admission onto the program is subject to an initial assessment to determine if the client is a suitable candidate for an outpatient program. If not, referral to an inpatient facility will be made. The program runs over a minimum of 12 weeks and includes the following:

• Individualised Counselling
• 12 Steps (Step 1 - 4)
• Life Skills - such as conflict resolution, stress management, establishing healthy boundaries
• Attendance of a support group

2. Addiction Reintegration Program (3 - 6 months)

This program is specifically designed for individuals who have completed an inpatient program and require ongoing support in terms of managing their recovery and practically applying skills learnt while in rehabilitation. 

This program runs between 3 - 6 months depending on the specific needs of the client.
